5. Related party transactions

There were no material related party transactions as at 30 June 2026, refer to note 4 relating to current year business combinations. In prior years, the Group purchased material and services from non-controlling interests in MHI which were reported as related party transactions. Purchase of material and services from these parties amounted to EUR -9.0 million for the quarter and to EUR -18.0 million for the first half in the comparative period 2025.  The related trade payables amounted to EUR 8.3 million as at 30 June 2025.
