6. Related party transactions

There were no material related party transactions as at 30 September 2026, refer to note 5 relating to current year business combinations. In prior years, the Group purchased material and services from non-controlling interests in MHI which were reported as related party transactions. Purchase of material and services from these parties amounted to EUR -10.8 million for the quarter and to EUR -28.8 million for the nine months in the comparative period 2025. The related trade payables amounted to EUR 10.1 million as at 30 September 2025.
